Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What is the best time of day to book a session? It is better, when possible, to book your session in the late afternoon or early morning.  The sunlight is less glaring at these times and provides better light for your pictures.  You are also less likely to squint!

  • What if the weather is bad? Should the weather not cooperate, we will always reschedule.

  • What should I wear?  When taking pictures with another person or group, please choose wardrobe choices carefully.  White, black, or solid color clothes are best to avoid clashing and distraction in the photographs.

  • Can I bring a change of clothes, favorite children toys, or pets? YES.  Please bring any props that you may want in your photographs.  For example, a teaset for a little girl, an airplane for a boy, a bouquet for a bride.  Remember to bring any wardrobe changes.  I will fit what you would like into the one hour session.

  • How many people can be in the picture? You can have as many people as you like without extra cost.

  • What about payment? The session fee is due at the time of the session by cash or check.  The print order payment is due when you place your order following reviewing your proofs.  I accept cash, check, and credit card through PayPal for all print orders.

  • When will I receive my proofs? Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your proofs.  I strive to get the proofs to you before this time period, but this time frame allows for adequate editing and preperation of your pictures.  I then send your proofs along with the order form to you through email, which you can then forward to friends and family as you like.  You will also recieve a "brag" book, which is a 4x6 sprial bound book of your proofs as part of the session fee.  The book comes in about 2-5 days after you recieve your email.

  • Is there a minimum order? No.  You can buy as many or as few pictures as you like.

  • What about re-orders? You can re-order pictures at any time.
